A Bed That Makes Itself!!!



Yes! A bed that makes itself. Personally, I HATE making my bed. Thank God for technology and most of all, thank God for the SmartDuvet.

One of the best things about this technology is that a new bed isn't necessary. Your existing bed can be turned into a Dual-Zone Climate-Controlled Self-Making Bed by just purchasing the Smart Duvet.
The first shipment is expected in Summer 2017.

Even if you forgot to make your bed you could access the SmartDuvet App on your smartphone while you're at work or school to request that your bed be made. Many may say that this technology would make us lazier but please remember that technology is meant to make everything easier for us. The SmartDuvet helps us save time and energy. 

A simple inflatable sheet is placed between the duvet and its cover. This layer is really light. This layer and the SmartDuvet box allows the bed to be made. When the duvet is activated it inflates the sheet's air chamber which places the duvet and bed sheets in place.
The app also allows you to preset different bed-making times for each day of the week, letting you sleep in on weekends if you would like to.

Made specially for individuals who are busy or may have reduced mobility!

    While reading this blog, I'm like "omg, really? A piece of technology that makes beds!" I really question the actual usefulness of so many of these new devices. For me personally, I love making my bed, and can accomplish that task in under 3 minutes! I suppose every second counts for some though, and SmartDuvet would actually be a plus to some persons' lives. I think that this is just one more technological advancement... or maybe I shouldn't use the word advancement because it isn't one to me, so let's go with addition... one more technological addition to make us lazier! Very informative blog though :)
